Natalie Knight has always loved Madonna ever since the age of 6, but the first signs of her future career came when her mother proudly tied lace into her hair, painted the infamous beauty spot on her face and entered her into the all-important fancy dress competition at Butlins Bognor Regis. From that moment on she was hooked on Madonna and as a child of the 80's Madonna soon became Natalie’s Pop Idol.

 

Throughout her life, Natalie has always been a performer. She studied her craft by, attending The Sylvia Young Theatre School from the age of 11 and later securing a much sought-after place studying musical theatre at the prestigious Royal Academy of Music, London.

 

Her career thus far has seen her cover a wide spectrum of the industry, from supporting Showaddywaddy on their ‘Hey Rock 'n’ Roll’ Tour in a female vocal harmony group named 'The Corsettes' to taking the lead role as the Live singing voice of Pocahontas for Disneyland Paris to being a backing vocalist on Royal Command Performances working alongside such artistes as Sir Cliff Richard, Liza Minnelli, Olivia Newton-John Tommy Steele and Elton John to name but a few...However, this wasn't her first time working with the’ Rocket Man’ as she appeared with him in 2004 at Wembley Arena, Birmingham NEC and the Royal Albert Hall.

 

Natalie’s break into the tribute world came when she joined a well-known Abba Tribute Act which toured Europe culminating in performances in Shanghai. The experience allowed her to realise her childhood fantasy and don the beauty spot once more.

 

Her Tribute to Madonna Ciccone is exactly that, a tribute. Natalie loves what she does, and feels so fortunate to be able to earn a living by using her performance skills, training and attention to detail to pay homage to the greatest Female Recording Artiste of all time.

In 2021, Natalie was approached by Slamdunk Entertainment to take the lead role as their Madonna in the hugely successful international touring theatre show 'Material Girl'. Taking her Madonna tribute to the next level and fronting this brilliant production has been a career highlight for her, working with superb producers, choreographers and eight extremely talented dancers in some of Europe's most beautiful theatres and concert halls. Natalie looks forward to future dates and hopes to bring 'Material Girl' to a theatre near you very soon.
